  • We suggest bringing in your garment sooner rather than later, but generally we need at least a two week window to complete your alterations


  • Don't worry! We do build some flexibility into our schedule as we know emergencies can arise. Typically, we can fit you into our schedule. However, there will be an additional fee depending on the time frame. We will give you the quote at the time of your appointment.

  • Yes! We have an industrial Juki sewing machine that can stitch through tough fabrics. Additional cost may be added for heavier materials, so be sure to check the pricing section for details.

  • Nope! If it is sewing related, we can likely do it for you! The only thing we don't do is upholstery as we don't have the work space to accomodate large items.  If you have something that you're unsure if we can do, please schedule your appointment online as a consultation with a note and if we are unable to complete something, we will reach out.

  • We prefer that our customers schedule an appointment for a couple of reasons. First, we only have one fitting room, so we can only see one client at a time. Second, during our busy season (May-October) we typically have upwards of 20 plus appointments a day. We want to be able to give every customer the attention they deserve, and the best way we can do that is to give each person a time slot! 

  • Yes. Our contract states that if the item being altered is not tried on before it leaves the shop and the fit is not correct, there will be an additional charge if it requires further alterations. This requires you to try your item on before you leave. Again, we only have one fitting room and if you come during someone else's scheduled time we cannot guarantee you will be able to do that. Plus, we love to see your smile when you come out wearing your perfectly tailored garment! (It's one of the best parts of our job!)

  • We use square appointments to schedule online. There is a book now button on the website, facebook page, and on google.   • Any shoes that may change the length of your garment should be worn at the fitting, as well as any undergarments or shapewear.

  • Typically, we only require a deposit for custom garments or big projects such as wedding gowns.All other alteration balances are due at the time of pick up. If you would like to pay when you drop it off we can do our best to estimate the cost, however, sometimes things come up and there may be an additional charge at pick up. If this occurs, we will be sure to let you know as soon as possible.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit card check, Venmo and Paypal.
